Scholarship Application (A.Y. 2020-2021)

The UPRHS Scholarship Program commits to serving Ruralites who are in need of financial assistance. Below are the qualifications of Ruralites who may apply for the Scholarship Program:

• The applicant must be a UP Rural High School Student.
• He/She must be a Filipino citizen.
• He/She must possess good moral character.
• He/She must have no record of misconduct.

To apply to the Scholarship Program, prepare the following requirements:

1. Filled-out application form (bit.ly/uprhs-scholarship-app-form).
2. Recommendation letter from the previous adviser.
3. Letter addressed to the UPRHS principal stating reasons for application.
4. Copy of latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of Parents or Certificate of Indigency.
5. Certificate of good moral character.
6. Transcript of Record.
